As a Supervisor - Pricing, you will be responsible for supervising supplier cost and customer price data loading and maintenance activities. You will work closely and collaboratively across multiple functional departments. You will ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Manages a team of pricing coordinators.
- Reviews monthly reports to reduce risk.
- Conducts team meetings and leads training sessions.
- Works with interdepartmental groups on developing pricing system enhancements.
- Tests new applications used to automate price loading and offers suggestions on improving processes.
- Trains new analysts on in-house pricing systems and best practices.
- Coordinates cost changes on special price authorizations with pricing and purchasing teams.
- Loads and maintains supplier special cost authorizations and customer sell-side price agreements.
- Reviews existing price and cost agreements and initiate updates and changes.
- Generates cost, price and margin reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
- 2 years required, 4 years preferred of supervisory or team lead role experience.
- 2 years required, 3 years preferred of experience with multiple data formats, data manipulation and data mapping.
- Strong and effective organizational skills.
- Ability to work within timelines and project deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and manage day to day activities.
- Strong interpersonal.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Open collaborative cross functional and management interaction.
