What you'll be doing...

We are looking for someone who is a strong, independent thinker and leader, with previous supervisory experience, to lead and develop staff within the department.  We will provide you with training to work within our industry.

  • Mentor direct reports and be the champion of quality standards and outstanding service
  • Oversee the workflow for collection and assignment of $1.5 billion in pension contributions
  • Resolve escalated issues with billing, refunds, adjustments
  • Coordinate with leaders of other departments: accounting, audit, and contract administration
  • Monitor and assess department workflow with an eye toward continuous improvement
  • Ensure effective communication with onsite associates and NWA management

*This position is 100% on-site and will be based in our Pasadena, CA office.

Who you are...

  • Educated. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination skills, experience and education
  • Experienced. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Leader. Ability to partner, influence, delegate and work effectively with all levels of staff
  • Detailed. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Problem Solver. Ability to quickly analyze problems & develop solutions
  • Technically Savvy. Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe

  • Salary range of $5,651 - $7,645 per month (pay dependent on experience & qualifications)
