About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Supervisor - Payroll to join the resort’s Finance Team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Lead daily payroll operations and supervise the payroll team
Oversee payroll system management, updates, and improvements in coordination with IT
Review, process, and approve payroll adjustments and resolve employee payroll inquiries
Ensure accurate payroll posting to the general ledger for timely book closure
Support monthly payroll, professional tax, and social security processing and reporting
Ensure compliance with government reporting requirements, company policies, and payroll accuracy/timeliness
Maintain professional standards, adhere to health & safety and sustainability practices, and take on additional duties as assigned
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience at a supervisory level.
Strong knowledge of UAE payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
