  • Monitor department performance metrics, schedule adherence, safety observations, quality performance, and productivity trends; implement corrective actions and continuous improvement plans as needed.

  • Support staffing plans, shift handoffs, training readiness, and cross-training to maintain area ownership, schedule coverage, and consistent execution across shifts.

  • Provide supervision and operational support for employees assigned to weekend work schedules, ensuring safe execution, proper escalation, and continuity of priorities across the week.

What We Seek

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical area of study preferred, or 5 years of equivalent manufacturing, operations, or technical leadership experience.

  • 5+ years of manufacturing or operations experience with increasing responsibility; experience in refurbishment, chemical, gas, semiconductor, or controlled manufacturing environments strongly preferred.

  • 3+ years of leadership experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to coach leads and operators, set clear expectations, and build accountability on the factory floor.

  • Strong commitment to proactive safety leadership, stop-work authority, proper escalation, and ensuring work is performed in accordance with site procedures.

  • Experience supporting daily production execution, labor planning, shift handoffs, schedule adherence, and on-time shipment commitments.

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001, OSHA-related requirements, Lean, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and/or Six Sigma preferred.

  • Proven track record of safety, quality, customer focus, continuous improvement, and eliminating non-value-added activities.

  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.

  • Ability to support team-based management, interpersonal engagement, training readiness, cross-training, and consistent execution across shifts.

  • Ability to work a 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift and provide oversight for employees working weekend schedules as business needs require.
