The Supervisor - Main Street will be responsible for assisting the store manager in creating a positive environment that delivers fast, efficient, and friendly service to ensure a Signature Experience for guests and team members. This role involves training, overseeing guest service, enhancing product knowledge and education, promoting safe work practices, and supporting the team and company culture. Additionally, the Supervisor will supervise sales associates/baristas and assume managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the retail or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Understanding of food and beverage products is a plus
