Creates high-end floral arrangements and displays for various occasions, including high-volume production. Designs custom arrangements according to client specifications, maintains freshness and quality, collaborates with clients and event planners, incorporates current floral techniques, and keeps work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Supports confidential employee relations cases, including attendance tracking, complaints, investigations, disciplinary actions, unemployment claims, EAP referrals, exit interviews, and HR training. Maintains staff relations databases and records, applies policies consistently, assists with HRIS support, and partners with leadership to promote fair employee treatment. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, analytical ability, and knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

Prepares financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and bank reconciliations; maintains the general ledger; reviews accounts payable disbursements; supports external audits; assists with state and local tax filings; monitors accounting standards; and uses accounting technology to support accurate financial reporting.

Administers, supports, optimizes, and improves enterprise applications, business systems, and virtual infrastructure. Ensures systems are properly licensed, documented, patched, supported, and aligned with vendor requirements. Coordinates upgrades, asset tracking, vendor relationships, and end-of-life planning while troubleshooting issues and maintaining reliable servers, operating systems, and applications.
