Oversee spa operations and staff, manage scheduling, inventory, procurement, revenue, equipment maintenance, training, guest satisfaction, and enforce procedures. Support Spa Director as needed.

Lead and implement corporate sustainability initiatives across facilities, supply chain, and operations. Drive projects for energy, waste, water, and emissions reduction; monitor and report performance; promote education and engagement; manage partnerships and community initiatives; support learning program administration and reporting.

Coordinate timely, accurate plating and service by reading micros tickets, assembling and garnishing plates to specification, maintaining expo line, enforcing food safety, and communicating with culinary and front-of-house teams in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation by washing dishes, flatware, pots, and small wares; operate and clean dish machines and sinks; empty garbage and recycling; sweep, mop, and clean equipment; sort silverware and dishes; organize storerooms; and perform occasional food runs as needed.

A 13-month rotational management training program through call center, front desk/concierge, and management phases to develop guest service, revenue management, operational excellence, and shift leadership skills, preparing participants for supervisory or management roles.

Join The Breakers' International Associates Training program to gain hospitality experience while receiving J-1 visa assistance. Trainees must work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays for an 18-month placement. Candidates need a hospitality bachelor's earned outside the U.S. and at least one year of hospitality work experience gained abroad.
