Manage end-to-end onboarding from offer to orientation, ensure compliance (e-Verify, background/MVR/credit checks), run data entry, conduct mini- and second-language orientations, compile payroll reports, and support Employment & Recruiting as needed.

A 13-month rotational management training program through call center, front desk/concierge, and management phases to develop guest service, revenue management, operational excellence, and shift leadership skills, preparing participants for supervisory or management roles.

Trainees must work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays for an 18-month placement. Candidates need a hospitality bachelor's earned outside the U.S. and at least one year of hospitality work experience gained abroad.

Coordinate and expedite plated food from kitchen to front-of-house, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and adherence to The Breakers menu specs. Set up and maintain the expo line, read MICROS tickets, assemble and garnish plates, communicate with culinary and FOH teams, follow food safety standards, and work shifts including weekends and holidays while maintaining composure under pressure.

Lead spa operations and staff to ensure smooth facility functioning, handle staffing and scheduling, manage inventory and equipment maintenance, drive revenue and guest satisfaction, enforce SOPs and safety training, and support the Spa Director.

Lead and execute corporate sustainability initiatives across facilities, supply chain, and operations. Drive projects for energy, waste, water, and emissions reduction; monitor and report performance; manage partnerships and team engagement; support learning and development programs and reporting to embed sustainable practices across the organization.

Maintain cleanliness and exterior of building, remove trash and yard waste, perform general cleaning, assist moving furniture/plants, and be available for on-call after-hours duties.
