Asset Tracking and Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all company assets, including acquisition data, location, and status.
- Develop and implement an asset management strategy that maximizes asset utilization.
Team Supervision:
- Lead and manage a team of asset management professionals.
- Provide training and support to team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improving asset management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices and procedures for asset maintenance and life cycle management.
Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on asset status and performance for management review.
- Analyze data to inform strategic decisions related to asset procurement and utilization.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all asset management activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and standards.
- Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided
- Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports
