Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the Institutional Services team.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports on team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree Holder, business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in client service, with supervisory experience a plus.
- Have a good understanding of operation efficiency management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
