About the Position
Supervisor, Human Resources- North America
Reporting to the Vice President, Labor and Employee Relations, this individual will be the on-site HR contact for the Pennsylvania locations in Yardley, Beverage Graphics and CMB (H-V). This position will collaborate with the Corporate Labor & Employee Relations team, Corporate Human Resources and U.S. Divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Administration
- HRMS/Workday administration
- Employee Relations
- Responding to employee benefit questions
- Assessing and escalating sensitive employee matters
- Being a resource for Managers and addressing employee related issues including
- Attendance and FMLA/ADA compliance
- Performance management
- Providing guidance on policy administration for disciplinary actions, drug & alcohol breaches and any harassment related issues
- Annual TELL employee survey coordination
- Assisting with training coordination/facilitation as needed
- Co-facilitating with the Labor & Employee Relations and People Development Departments for various annual required training topics and programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Management, Psychology or related field
- 3-5 years of Relevant experience
- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry supporting Corporate and Plant based employees with their benefits and other general human resource administration matters
- HR certification is a bonus

Skills Required
