Supervisor, Document Compliance
The Supervisor, Document Compliance is the key link between the Contract Analyst team and Driveway Operations Leadership and other Driveway departments. This position is responsible for the growth and development of Contract Analysts and focuses on maintaining and improving a defined process for the Contract Analyst team. This individual will be responsible for their team achieving targeted results while maintaining a best-in-class car buying experience throughout the contracting process, helping us to earn customers for life.
Pay Range: $50,000-$75,000
Location: Medford, OR
Responsibilities
Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that highlight contracting process execution
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining dashboards, queues, and cases to ensure deals are progressing within the outlined Service Level Agreements
Recruit, Hire, Onboard, Train and Develop a team of Contract Analysts to support our objective of building a high-performance culture
Create and foster a positive work environment that encourages development and growth of its team members
Conduct regular coaching, performance management, and annual review
Maintain relationships with Stores, Accounting Leadership, and Driveway Care Center to support cross-functional collaboration and communication
Manage and apply HR policies and escalate to Managers as needed
Responsible for communicating Driveway updates, changes, and decisions with the team
Identify and communicate process improvement ideas to leadership
Monitor quality management through system audits and call review
Execute defined process to support team capacity as needed
