What You’ll Do
The primary responsibility of this position is to guide and direct flawless tracking and reporting. This position is an integral piece in the success of launching a digital campaign as this role serves to provide assets to all publishers associated with a plan. The Supervisor will act as a leader and provide guidance to Senior Campaign Managers, Campaign Managers and/or Junior Campaign Managers on the team.
Main Responsibilities:
Leading team in campaign set-up, execution, and monitoring – 60
- Accountable for Campaign Managers (any levels) across one or multiple accounts
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to discuss upfront account set up (i.e. KPI goals), execution and optimization success
- Responsible to ensure trafficking tasks are being fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner
- Act as support and escalation technical lead within account(s)
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams (i.e. Digital, Analytics, Search, etc.) to brainstorm floodlight/conversion strategy and execute, QA, troubleshoot within TMS platforms (GTM, Tealium, Adobe, etc.) or communicate with client resources (i.e. IT)
- Oversees reporting are conducted on a regular cadence but understand broader implications at a higher level
Effectively managing process and training– 20%

Train and mentor new team members on the various platforms that are used within Ad Operations and for the specific account(s)

Advocate on operational processes inclusive of SLA’s with media team, by providing guidance on how to continually improve workflow with all teams and partners

Assess team’s queue and CM’s workload for optimal productivity and resourcing; Delegate and distribute tasks and projects when necessary
Management and morale building—20%
- Acting as a mentor and providing conduits for professional growth among the pod
- Recognizing and developing individual growth via Performance Coach
Along with the above, opportunity to develop and grow responsibilities into the following:
- Demonstrates ability to apply learnings over time with knowledge sharing within team and across agency
- Meet and discuss with external partners (i.e. measurement, VVF (verification viewability fraud), etc.) to learn about new solutions and technology in the landscape
- Proactively exhibit knowledge of industry standards and participate in team
- POVs and projects, documentation, and knowledge share to the Ad Ops team, account team and/or organization
Background:
- BA/BS required
- 3+ years experience in digital media and/or digital advertising operations
- Experience in ad serving technologies such as CM (Campaign Manager), Sizmek, Innovid, Extreme Reach
- Familiarities with VVF (i.e. DoubleVerify, Integral Ad Science, Moat), Measurement (i.e. Nielsen DAR, Millward Brown, GfK, comScore, etc.), TMS (i.e. GTM, Tealium, Adobe, etc.), Analytics (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
- Incredible focus and attention to detail
- Must have strong MS Office skills
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
- Excellent writer/verbal communication and effective problem solving skills
- Exceptional eye for detail/organizational skills
- Experience engaging with internal leadership and external clients via dialogue and written communication
- Ability to create comprehensive client-facing POVs and present
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-pace environment
- An advocate for and supporter of diversity, equity and inclusion

Salary Range
$80,000.00 - $95,000.00
A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
