Responsabilities:

  • Review and approve Payroll Calendar before sending to client
  • Ensure that all Process are being executed based on Payroll Procedures
  • Approve Payroll Exit, Bank file and Payroll Checklist
  • Train team on technical, process and Strada company changes
  • DNA monthly and provide timely feedback, ensure team completes all required trainings, motivate and ensure good morale on the team
  • Special processing approval: SS Payments, Taxes, Severance
  • Review SOC1 as Process owner and ensure SOC1
  • Change Request requirements review, Identify potential CRs
  • Review and Analyze FPA, Build action plans
  • Review and approve/reject testing (send to client for approval if required)
  • Plan and approve vacations/staffing, Review headcounts to finance
  • Ensure all metrics are submitted for Invoicing and SLAs purposes
  • Ensure no misses in SLA Tickets
  • Ensure generation and review for L5.
  • Work on SRM file and participate in Client Meeting
  • Build RCA and review it with team
  • Review and approve TRS every Friday (might be with manager depending on site)

Required Education and Experience: 

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Payroll solutions is required.
  • Advanced English (reading/speaking) desirable
  • Domain expertise in Payroll technology and solution; prefer SAP experience. 
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Products is required 
  • Experience in Inhouse, Outsourced and Co-sourced payroll service delivery models is preferred
