REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES: 

• Escolaridad: Ingeniería Mecánica o Ingeniería Eléctrica 

• Años de experiencia: 3 a 5 años en áreas relacionadas con manufactura y mantenimiento  

• Idioma: Inglés mínimo 80% escrito y hablado 

• Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Reparación e instalación de bombas, tuberías, compresores, sistemas de combustión, calderas e instrumentos de control básico

  • Soldadura eléctrica y autógena; normas y estándares de diseño mecánico

  • Sistemas de calidad ISO 9001:2015, ISO/TS16949:2016 e ISO 14001:2015

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES: 

• Supervisión de mantenimiento y operación: Coordinar y supervisar las actividades de mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y predictivo de equipos mecánicos, eléctricos y de servicios, así como las inspecciones y pruebas de dispositivos de seguridad, asegurando continuidad operativa al menor costo.

• Calidad y mejora continua: Vigilar el cumplimiento de los sistemas de calidad (ISO 9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO 14001), analizar fallas mediante causa raíz, liderar acciones correctivas y promover la mejora continua en los procesos de mantenimiento.

• Seguridad, salud y medio ambiente: Cumplir al 100% el Programa General de Seguridad y Disciplina Operativa, garantizar cero lesiones, gestionar la integridad mecánica (PSRM), administrar contratistas y mantener al equipo entrenado ante emergencias.

• Desarrollo de equipo y liderazgo: Definir objetivos, asignar órdenes de trabajo, desarrollar conocimiento y liderazgo del personal de mantenimiento, y coordinar con otras áreas funcionales para garantizar soporte técnico oportuno a la operación.
