Cumplir, controlar y garantizar las normas de Seguridad e Higiene y Medio Ambiente
Gestionar el mantenimiento y seguimiento de máquinas y equipos del sector.
Participar en la confección e implementación de planes de capacitación y desarrollo del personal.
Gestionar y promover un clima laboral enfatizando en los valores de PUMA.
Implementar procesos de gestión del desempeño del personal.
YOUR TALENT- Ingeniero/a o estudiante avanzado/a de carreras de Ingeniería o afines.
- Experiencia liderando equipos en áreas relacionadas con proceso de manufactura (deseable no excluyente).
- Habilidades comunicativas y de liderazgo.
- Capacidad de empatía, delegación efectiva y generación de confianza en los equipos.
- Orientación al trabajo en equipo y a la resolución de conflictos.
- Experiencia en gestión de recursos, capacitación y desarrollo de personas.
