Supervisor, Client Services-(Set Up Specialist)
We are currently seeking a Supervisor, Client Services to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Supervisor, Client Services at ICON, you will oversee the client services team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional support and solutions to our clients throughout the clinical trial process. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining strong client relationships, optimizing service delivery, and fostering a culture of excellence and responsiveness within the team.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Supervising and managing the client services team, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project management, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs, to provide comprehensive support and solutions to clients.
- Monitoring and analyzing client feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.
- Providing training and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and a culture of continuous improvement in client service practices.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Significant experience in client services or customer support, preferably within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to analyze data and feedback to drive process improvements and enhance client satisfaction.
