Objective of the position:


 Lead the planning and execution of activities related to the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) process and pre-series follow-up, coordinating engineering change implementation, material requirements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches, operational continuity, and material availability at Saltillo TMP.

Main Functions:


  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Materials, Suppliers, Planning, Process Engineering, LCM Team, MRG, Audit Team, and Liaison Engineering to ensure the successful implementation of Engineering Product Changes (EPC/C/O) and Pre-Series activities.
  • Analyze and coordinate material requirements for Pre-Series builds, engineering changes, and product launches to ensure timely material availability.
  • Document, monitor, and maintain records of Engineering Product Changes, Pre-Series activities, and launch results, ensuring proper traceability and supporting evidence.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to plant personnel involved in Engineering Changes, PFEP activities, and Pre-Series events to facilitate successful execution.
  • Lead and follow up on pilot units, Pre-Series builds, and launch activities, coordinating cross-functional actions to ensure operational readiness and project milestones are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to PFEP, material planning, and Engineering Change processes to enhance supply chain performance, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) process, ensuring logistics parameters, supply strategies, and operational requirements are properly defined and updated for all part numbers.
