Regions Hospital is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to join our exceptional Cardiopulmonary Rehab team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support a dedicated group of professionals delivering high-quality cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation services across multiple locations. Under the direction of the System Manager for Cardiopulmonary Rehab, the Cardiopulmonary Rehab Supervisor is responsible for directing, planning, coordinating and supervising the staff in activities associated with patient care management in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation. Position also responsible for staffing designated hospital Cardiology programs for Cardiac Stress Testing and Cardiac Monitoring (i.e. Holter and event monitors). This position will establish, maintain, and evaluate standards of care, be responsible for staff development, and environmental and fiscal management. The supervisor may also be involved in research projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
40 hours/week
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology, nursing, occupational therapy or physical therapy.
Five years of experience in professional field with four years of experience in cardiac rehabilitation, cardiac stress testing, pulmonary rehabilitation, or cardiac care (inpatient or clinic) nursing
If clinical background is RN, PT, OT, current MN and WI state licensure (i.e. RN, PT, OT) is required.
BCLS and ACLS certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree versus bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology.
- Previous experience leading, supervising and/or developing healthcare clinical programs preferred.
- Certification as Certified Exercise Specialist by American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) or American Society of Exercise Physiologists (ASEP).

Skills Required
