The Navigator coordinates patient care across clinics, ensuring effective service delivery through collaboration with healthcare providers and managing patient interactions and documentation.

Create hospital encounters and obtain/document prior authorizations for surgical services. Verify insurance, submit clinical documentation for payer review, track payer requirements, and maintain authorization records to support billing and patient satisfaction.
