Administers and analyzes organizational compensation programs, including salary structures, job evaluations, market benchmarking, pay adjustments, HRIS records, reporting, audits, and compliance. Develops compensation policies, recommendations, educational materials, and communications while evaluating program effectiveness and supporting internal equity, regulatory compliance, and organizational retention and recruitment goals.

The Search Engine Optimization Analyst improves organic search visibility across HealthPartners digital properties through keyword research, technical and content SEO, local SEO/GEO, website architecture recommendations, competitor analysis, off-site optimization, and performance reporting. The role uses analytics and SEO tools to identify opportunities and collaborates with marketing and web teams. It may also support SEM and PPC campaign creation, monitoring, bid adjustments, ad copy, landing pages, and spend optimization.

Protects people, property, information, and organizational reputation across hospitals and clinics. Responds to routine public-service requests and emergencies, using problem-solving, verbal de-escalation, judgment, and appropriate use of force. Provides courteous, professional service to staff, patients, visitors, and external agencies while independently managing assigned duties.

Supervises optical operations across Park Nicollet Eye Clinics while providing direct patient care, leadership, administration, and guidance. Requires knowledge of basic optics, opticianry products, mechanical skills, and optical instruments. The role works Monday through Friday on a day shift and may occasionally float to other clinic sites. ABO certification is required within three years of hire, with accredited opticianry training preferred.

Supervise cardiopulmonary rehabilitation staff and coordinate patient care across multiple locations. Oversee cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, cardiac stress testing, and cardiac monitoring programs. Establish and evaluate care standards, manage staffing, support staff development, and oversee environmental and fiscal operations. The role also contributes to multidisciplinary collaboration, patient outcomes, and potential research projects.

Leads complex communications plans with minimal oversight; writes and edits internal and external content across intranet, memos, presentations, news releases, social media, and other formats. Provides direct patient care to oncology patients under Registered Nurse supervision. Works with multidisciplinary cancer-care specialists to support patients and families, including physical and emotional care needs. The role requires current Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry status or qualifying LPN/junior nursing student clinical experience, plus a current BLS Provider Card. Schedule includes rotating day and evening shifts, eight-hour shifts, and every other weekend.
