Researches best practices, performs the most complex analysis, and develops basic solutions that are reliable, accurate, and timely providing key improvements.
Preferred Experience
Experience leading analytics, software development, data engineering, or other technical teams.
Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on technical work with team leadership, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience designing, implementing, or supporting analytics, reporting, data engineering, predictive analytics, or decision-support solutions.
Experience working directly with physicians, clinical leadership, operational leaders, or other business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Experience in healthcare analytics, clinical operations, healthcare technology, or related healthcare environments.
Experience supporting predictive analytics, machine learning, or advanced analytics initiatives, including implementation, governance, monitoring, or operationalization.
Experience with enterprise analytics and reporting platforms such as Epic Cogito, Caboodle, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of solution architecture, system design, and the development of scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Experience developing and mentoring technical staff.
1. Gathers specifications, design, implement, maintain and document most complex solutions.
2. Perform most complex extract, transform, and load (ETL) tasks to reliably move data from one platform to another.
3. Writes and maintains SQL service integration services packages, or other standard ETL processes.
4. Uses other ETL products and improves performance and reliability in ETL tasks.
5. Writes the most complex SQL queries and performs basic SQL administration tasks.
6. Creates stored procedures and views.
7. Builds metrics and reports in different technologies that supports different solutions.
8. Assists in all data governance activities.
9. Hires, terminates, coaches, counsels, trains, evaluates, and engages direct reports.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills Required
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- 4 years relevant experience (or 6 years in lieu of diploma/GED)
