Key Responsibilities
- Alongside all the responsibilities of a Sales Assistant, you would be a key holder, responsible for opening and/or closing the store.
- Cashing up the tills at the end/start of shifts.
- Manage the team of Sales Assistants & Senior Sales Assistant
- Be a champion of the products we sell and maintain a current knowledge of our products.
- Responsible for the general presentation of the store and back of house areas
- Ensure the correct check off our deliveries alongside our procedures and ensure the deliveries are stored correctly.
- Ensure full stock availability.
- Monitoring of emails and messages and ensuring timely responses
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You’ll have great exposure of a fast-paced retail sales environment; working across the shop floor, till area and stock room and assisting the manager.
