About the role
The Supervision Engineer will support the Resident Supervision Engineers and the Engineer’s team in day-to-day supervision of road safety and highway civil works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements through inspections, measurement, documentation, and coordination with contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily supervision of civil works activities, verifying compliance with drawings, specifications and method statements under guidance of the Resident Engineer
Assist in quality control and testing oversight, measurement of works, and preparation/maintenance of site documentation and records
Support implementation of traffic management and work-zone safety arrangements and promptly report non-conformities, incidents and issues to the supervision management team
About You:
Graduation in Civil Engineering
Overall professional experience: 10 years
7 years of professional experience in supervision of construction of highways
Desired highway construction supervision experience in development partner financed projects like the World Bank, ADB or JICA
