We have a unique opportunity available for a Superannuation Specialist to provide support and expert advice to key stakeholders across the Mercer business on complex superannuation fund rules and administration processes. The position is based in Wollongong.

Superannuation Specialist
We will count on you to:

• Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of superannuation fund rules, and processes and practices, as well as being abreast of any legislative changes which may impact on the work performed in BAU teams
• Keep abreast of all fund rule changes to provide ongoing support to the administration teams and subject matter expertise for change management and projects
• Provide accurate and timely support and advice to Team Leaders, Assistant Team Managers and other internal stakeholders on complex superannuation fund rules and administration processes.

What you need to have: 

• 5+ years of Corporate Superannuation experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of superannuation systems and support applications
• Excellent knowledge of superannuation concepts, including benefit design - accumulation and complex defined benefit arrangements, plus insurance arrangements
• Excellent knowledge of superannuation legislation.
