Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, currently has an exciting temporary part-time employment opportunity for a Summer Intern in our Orange County office.
Position Summary
The Summer Intern will assist legal and administrative personnel with a wide variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Prepares and drafts routine correspondence/memorandum and emails
Maintains and updates physical and electronic files
Performs basic document review and light research
Schedules calendars and confirms appointments
Reserves conference rooms and prepares materials for conferences
Performs additional duties as required, including but not limited to, assisting with other departments and GT offices
Qualifications
Skills & Competencies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor, and presentation
High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively
Highly motivated, self-starter who can work well under minimal supervision, as well as take a proactive approach in being team-oriented
Education & Prior Experience
Proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
The expected pay range for this position is:
$20 per hour
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
