Job Summary
As an intern you will be exposed to financial modeling, financial analysis, conducting business case analyses and analyzing extensive datasets to discern trends and influence decisions.
What You Will Do
- Assist corporate development team members to develop and upkeep driver-based financial models for capital investments, lease renewals, transit bids, and acquisitions.
- Analyze various historical investments in order to assess the profitability and return on investment
- Aid in the review of business case documents for capital investment or economic assessments related to billboard constructions, lease renewals, or asset acquisitions.
- Review specific high-profile portfolio and analyze the operating results and return on investment
- Evaluate opportunities to optimize revenue, decrease costs, and generate value.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
- Fulfill other analyst level duties as required.
Your Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to balance strategic thinking.
- Must be eager to learn, detail-oriented, accountable and can keep financial information confidential.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong team player who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of computers to operate effectively with MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word.
The salary for this role is $18 per hour. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
