This is a role well suited for a highly motivated student looking to build their skill set and gain hands-on experience. As a Summer Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and debug complex database inconsistencies, performance issues as well as software and networking malfunctions with our products to determine the cause of failure.
- Drive product improvements and write requirements for future product versions.
- Analyze customer complaint data and provide analysis to engineering teams to develop methods, processes, procedures and equipment that will improve the failure analysis process and/or reduce failures.
Required skills and education to have for the success of this role:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
- Software development skills a plus.
- Must work independently and efficiently.
- Teamwork and collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and interact with design and development teams.
- Experience with Business Tools: Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The pay range for this position is $28.20 - $38.50 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on education, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers interns paid time off.
