Join our team as a Summer Associate – Experience Analyst and get hands-on experience solving real business problems, working alongside experienced professionals, and helping improve the products, processes, and experiences that ensure a consistent and frictionless member experience. This is an opportunity to see how ideas move from concept, analysis, solution and delivery in a fast-paced financial services and technology environment.
The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2027 and ending in August 2027. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
As an Experience Analyst Summer Associate, you’ll become part of the team. Your experience may include:
Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities to make them simpler, faster, and more effective
Working with product, technology, operations, and other teams to understand business needs and challenges
Assisting with gathering and documenting business requirements
Using data and research to uncover insights and support recommendations
Helping map member and employee experiences and identify opportunities for improvement
Participating in Agile ceremonies, planning sessions, brainstorming, and solution-design discussions
Supporting testing and implementation of new products, features, or technology
Creating dashboards, presentations, process maps, and other materials used to communicate recommendations
Learning how large organizations manage projects, technology, risk, operations, and change
What Could You Work on This Summer?
Our goal is for Summer Associates to own meaningful work, solve a real problem, and have something tangible to show for their summer experience. Depending on business priorities, your summer project could include:
Improving a Member Experience Choose a real customer journey such as making a payment, transferring money, resolving an issue, or using a digital service.
Building a Product Performance Dashboard Help the team better understand how one of its products or services is performing.
Exploring an AI Opportunity Investigate how emerging technology could improve an existing business process or employee experience.
Reimagining a Branch Operations Member Experience Explore how modern and real-time member experiences are changing the people utilize their financial institutions.
Solving a Process or Problem Take a process that is too manual, complicated, or time-consuming and figure out how to make it better.
Design a New Product or Feature Start with a customer or employee problem and help turn it into a potential solution.
What You’ll Gain

The Outcome
At the end of the summer, you’ll have the opportunity to bring everything together at a Summer Associate Capstone Presentation. The goal is simple: leave the summer with a project you’re proud to talk about in your next interview and experience that helps you understand what you might want to do after college.
