This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate’s position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

This internship is located in Chicago, IL or Washington D.C. This is a hybrid position with 3-4 days in-office.
As an intern on the Inter-Plan Programs team, you will support regulatory-related business outcomes from workgroup discussions. Your responsibilities will include capturing next steps, setting timelines, reviewing regulations, and updating or creating a Plan facing web page with inter-plan regulatory content.
Primary Job Functions

Summarize Plan input and key considerations.

Develop BlueWeb assets to enable better Plan engagement and adoption of requirements and best practices.

Enhance the readability of existing materials.

Ensure complete confidentiality of company business.

Keep management informed about developments within areas of responsibility and handle special projects as needed.

Create a final PowerPoint presentation to share with department leadership, summarizing the internship experience, the assigned project, results, and any recommendations for future use.

Adhere to HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies, and other relevant corporate and departmental policies.
Education, Experience and Certification
Education
Required:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Graduation date between December 2025 – June 2026 (preferred)
- A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Availability to work ten weeks during the summer
