- The primary goal of this internship is to design, configure, and apply AI agents using approved enterprise AI tools to support ITS project documentation activities. The intern will help the ITS project team move beyond ad hoc AI usage toward repeatable, agent-driven workflows that analyze inputs and assist with document creation.The specific objectives of this internship are to:
- Design and configure AI agents (e.g., prompt-based or workflow-driven agents) that can assist with drafting, summarizing, and standardizing ITS project documentation.
- Analyze existing ITS documents to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities where AI agents can provide consistent, repeatable support.
- Leverage available AI tools to automate or semi-automate documentation tasks such as requirements summaries, status reports, SOP drafts, and project templates.
- Establish guardrails and quality checks to ensure AI agent outputs are accurate, aligned with source materials, and compliant with enterprise standards.
- Provide the intern with hands-on experience building and applying AI agents in a real-world enterprise IT environment.
- Ensure complete confidentiality of company business.
- Keep management informed about developments within areas of responsibility and handle special projects as needed.
- Create a final PowerPoint presentation to share with department leadership, summarizing the internship experience, the assigned project, results, and any recommendations for future use .
- Adhere to HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies, and other relevant corporate and departmental policies.
