Bridge Investment Group is hiring a rising senior for our Client Solutions (Capital Raising) Group with a focus in AI & Data Analytics for our 2026 Summer Internship in New York City, NY. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to data-driven decision-making and AI-powered solutions within one of the fastest-growing global real estate investment firms
What You’ll Experience
As a Summer Analyst, you’ll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced team that leverages data and AI to support capital raising strategy, operations, and innovation. Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct research on sources of investor capital; design customized strategies to effectively target capital
Supporting the development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to inform business decisions.
Assisting in the design and implementation of AI models and automation tools.
Helping prepare materials that communicate insights and strategic recommendations.
Participating in special projects that explore the use of AI in capital raising and investor support.
What You Bring
We’re looking for candidates who are analytical, curious, and eager to apply technology to solve real-world problems. Ideal applicants will have:
Working toward a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
A GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Experience with Python, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in AI, machine learning, or data-driven strategy.

Compensation Details
The anticipated wage scale for internship candidates who will work in New York, NY is $85,000 per year pro rata. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.

- 401K: Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
- 11 Paid Holidays per year.
- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
