Program Overview:

Our Summer 2026 Internship Program offers meaningful, hands-on experience working alongside talented professionals on real projects that impact millions of users. This isn't about coffee runs; you'll contribute to actual product development, data insights, financial operations, and business strategy from day one.

Available Departments:

  • Engineering - Build features using C#, .NET, React, and AI/ML technologies (Summer 2026, onsite)
  • Solutions Engineering - Sandbox Data (Ongoing, remote)
  • HOAi - Business operations, CX, Engineering (Ongoing, remote)
  • UX - Design system overhaul (1-2 months, remote)
  • Data Science/Engineering - Drive insights from millions of data points (Summer 2026, onsite)
  • Finance Services - Support financial operations for a high-growth SaaS company (Ongoing, remote)
  • Corporate Counsel - Gain exposure to legal operations in a technology environment (remote)
  • Revenue Operations - Optimize processes and drive operational excellence (Ongoing, remote)
  • Marketing - Shape how we tell our story to the market (Ongoing, remote)

Professional Development
Participate in executive lunch-and-learns, company 360 meetings, and structured learning sessions throughout your internship.

Your 90-Day Journey:
 
Days 1-30: Onboard with your team, meet your mentor, and begin contributing to projects. Understand your Innovation Challenge and start building relationships across the company.
 
Days 31-60: Deepen your technical expertise through sessions with subject matter experts. Take on increasing responsibility in your core role while developing your Innovation Challenge.
 
Days 61-90: Drive impact in your department, finalize your Innovation Challenge, and present your work. Explore potential return offers and next steps.

Wilmington Experience:
 
Interns Encounter: Wilmington's Summer Intern Experience
All Vantaca interns are encouraged to participate in Interns Encounter—a dynamic supplemental program featuring networking, social events, and arts & culture experiences designed to connect you with Wilmington's vibrant professional community. Vantaca covers all program costs including meals, materials, and activities.
 
Summer Housing at UNCW
Interns relocating to Wilmington can stay at Plato's Loft—a luxury off-campus destination minutes from UNCW. Fully furnished 4-bedroom apartments with private bathrooms, living areas, full kitchens, and all utilities included.
  • Check-in: Sunday, May 17, 2026
  • Check-out: Saturday, July 25, 2026 (10am)
  • Cost: $2,800 flat rate for the summer
  • Applications open: Friday, January 16, 2026 at 8am

Interns can also choose their own accommodations if they would like.

How to Apply:

·      From there, we will contact the selected individuals by March 1st, 2026
·      Vantaca will host a virtual meet and greet for all incoming Interns in mid-April
·      We will finalize offer letter, onboarding documents, etc.
