PassportCard is looking for a Subrogation Specialist to join our team in a challenging and engaging role. The position involves managing subrogation cases, evaluating recovery rights, analyzing information and documentation, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, and driving processes with partners in Israel and abroad.
Responsibilities
- Manage and handle subrogation and recovery cases from initial identification of recovery potential through case closure.
- Collect, review, and analyze documents, information, and evidence to support and advance recovery efforts.
- Examine claim files and identify opportunities to pursue subrogation rights.
- Communicate and coordinate with insurance companies, law firms, service providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Work on an ongoing basis with international partners and external parties in English.
- Monitor case progress, advance recovery processes, and ensure successful completion through reimbursement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to promote efficient processes and achieve departmental goals.
- Legal background, including an LL.B., legal studies, Paralegal certification, or relevant legal experience.
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from complex information and documentation.
- Ability to independently manage processes and prioritize tasks.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
