Sell a unique product in Israel as part of a small boutique sales team, working directly with the Call Center Manager. Manage subrogation and recovery cases end-to-end: identify recovery potential, collect and analyze evidence, coordinate with insurers, law firms and international partners, advance recovery processes, monitor case progress, and collaborate with internal teams to secure reimbursements efficiently.

Prepare monthly financial reporting, KPI dashboards, unit economics, and variance analysis; support budgeting and forecasting; build financial models for products and contracts; partner with stakeholders to drive financial discipline and strategic decision-making.

Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS, assist monthly closings, budgets and financial analysis, handle Israeli tax reporting, support auditors, and improve financial controls and procedures.

Lead and guide the design, implementation, go-live, and ongoing support of a financial ERP system. Translate finance and business processes into functional requirements, define financial modules, coordinate vendors and implementation partners, collaborate with Finance stakeholders, and serve as post-go-live point of contact for maintenance and support.

Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS, support monthly close, budgeting, and financial analysis. Prepare Israeli tax reports, liaise with auditors and consultants, maintain financial controls, and help implement improved accounting procedures.
