Provides frontline technical support to internal users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and operating system issues. Manages and documents service tickets, explains solutions clearly, escalates complex problems to technical teams, and maintains user communication throughout resolution. Requires Active Directory knowledge, Windows and macOS expertise, Exchange Online experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Analyzes data from multiple sources, builds BI reports and dashboards, identifies trends and anomalies, performs ad hoc analyses, and translates findings into actionable business recommendations. Uses SQL and visualization tools to support data-driven decisions, improve reporting and data quality, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Own AI products end to end, from problem discovery and prototyping through launch, governance, measurement, and scale. Build and test LLM agents, prompts, internal tools, and demos; analyze performance data; define KPIs; manage vendors; and partner with legal, privacy, security, GRC, and data teams. Support AI enablement across business units while managing backlogs, releases, and cross-functional delivery in a regulated, multinational environment.

Conduct internal audits across insurance underwriting, claims, and payment processes. Analyze data to identify risks and trends, assess internal controls and regulatory compliance, recommend process improvements, prepare audit reports, and present findings to senior management. Collaborate with stakeholders in a changing environment while applying critical thinking, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
