Your Role:
A Subrogation Administrative Assistant contributes to our Subrogation Department by sending out Subrogation demands to carriers, uninsured parties & cross-insured parties and developing simple operational reports. This role provides an important support system to our Subrogation Unit in recovering CSAA automobile losses.
Your work:
- Send out Subrogation demands to carriers, uninsured parties & cross-insured parties
- Triaging complex files to Subrogation specialists
- Processing and uploading claim documents to the claims system
- Accurately allocate monies received to claims financials
- With guidance from more experienced analysts, performs basic analytical activities including developing simple operational reports as well as interpreting current financial and business reports.
- Maintains the appropriate standard reports, models, and operating procedures.
- Documents existing policy, procedures, and processes and increases knowledge of unit deliverables.
- Filing for First Notice of Loss (FNOL)
- Work a Monday – Friday schedule between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone.
Required Experience, Education and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent plus vocational training
- Generally 2 – 3 years of clerical, office or support experience
- P&C license required if binding new business policies
- Strong customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Working knowledge of office procedures and processes

The national average hourly rate range for this position is $19.60 - $21.78. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full hourly rate range for this position across all the states we hire in is $17.61 - $26.06. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 5% of eligible pay.
