Job Eligibility:
- >=7 years' experience of IT or related domain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills such as communication skills, and active listening.
- Education: Graduate (Any stream) preferably in computer science or related field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Advanced troubleshooting knowledge on Windows no-boot and BSODs.
- Advance knowledge of windows performance-related issues.
- Able to handle windows VSS writer issues.
- Hands-on experience on Active Directory Servers.
- Able to read event logs and purpose a solutions
- Knowledge of windows RAID, Failover Clustering.
- Understanding of Virtualization.
- Basic understanding of VMware/Hyper V/Azure
Must Have:
- Proven experience of 7 years in a combined customer service handling or Managed Services role and at least 3+ years of relevant experience in required technology.
- Excellent knowledge on troubleshooting and hands on in Windows Patching.
- Good academic background with a degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computing or relevant course an advantage.
- Experience of providing structured feedback and coaching others.
- High standard of communication both written and verbal, must have prior experience with servicing and communicating with onshore Clients
- Capable of managing own workload with minimal supervision to tight deadlines
- Able to deal with challenging client and staffing issues in a professional and supportive manner and to see these through to resolution.
- Keen to offer ideas and solutions to develop the Managed Services function.
