Job Responsibilities:**

* Adhere to company policies and procedures related to subcontract management.
Job Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field preferred.
* 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within the construction or energy services industry.
* Prior experience with subcontract administration or procurement is a significant plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with construction project lifecycles and associated documentation.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
