Provide administrative and project management support for energy/construction projects: assist with planning, scheduling, documentation, meetings, invoices, status reporting, onboarding, data entry, and general administrative tasks to ensure project efficiency and stakeholder communication.

Lead engineering efforts for EPC power generation and energy storage projects from detailed design through construction and commissioning. Coordinate subcontractors, manage document control, ensure deliverables meet contracts and codes, support constructability, change management, scheduling, site engineering, and commissioning while mentoring field engineers and enforcing safety and quality.

Lead development and management of resource-loaded CPM schedules using P6. Drive weekly updates, monthly/quarterly reports, critical path and schedule impact analyses, create as-built schedules, support PMs and stakeholders, attend owner and planning meetings, and ensure schedule deliverables and documentation are complete and accurate.

Support project controls by maintaining phase codes, change order and purchasing logs, job cost adjustments, accruals, and weekly production/cost/Earned Value reports. Coordinate with PMs, field engineers, timekeepers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate hours, quantities, and productivity data. Assist with EcoSys, B2W true-ups, Viewpoint reports, receivables, and ad-hoc analysis. Emphasizes data accuracy, process improvement, and occasional notary duties (preferred).

Manage substation construction projects from initiation to closeout: plan schedules and budgets, coordinate procurement and subcontractors, monitor progress, control changes and billing, manage documentation, report risks, facilitate meetings, and assist in project closeout while ensuring safety and quality.

Manage daily tool room operations, inventory control, issuance/return of tools, LOTO compliance, inspections, maintenance coordination, equipment staging/mobilization, audits, reporting, and lead tool room staff to support safe, efficient construction activities.

Ensure corporate policies and regulatory compliance across projects and business units by reviewing and updating policies, conducting audits, preparing audit reports and corrective action plans, monitoring regulatory changes, training staff, and partnering with leadership to implement compliance improvements.

Lead coordination and delivery of underground and overhead utility projects from planning through restoration. Manage schedules, budgets, permits, multidisciplinary teams, client and contractor communications, reporting, and regulatory compliance using Primavera P6/Microsoft Project.

Lead onsite document control for large EPC power projects. Manage drawings, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, as-built and turnover packages. Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud, produce Power BI reports, ensure document traceability, compliance, and support audits and commissioning.

Lead on-site construction activities for power generation projects, supervising crews and subcontractors, managing schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client relations, maintaining documentation, and reporting to project management to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.

Maintain and monitor apprenticeship program files, ensure documentation compliance with DOL and company policy, perform data entry and orientation training, coordinate with site/office staff and unions, run B2W reports, support Compliance Specialists and Project Coordinators, and recommend process improvements.

Lead project controls for a portfolio of construction and engineering projects: cost and schedule control, EVM forecasting, risk management, budgeting, reporting, change management, contractor cost/schedule reviews, and liaison with finance through project closeout.

Perform installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems per blueprints, schematics, and codes. Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance, assist with layout and new installations, operate hand and power tools, document work, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with trades while participating in training.

Process and submit accurate invoices, review billing data for discrepancies, manage billing records, apply payments, support month-/year-end reconciliations, collaborate on collections, and use billing/ERP systems to ensure timely client billing and compliance.

Perform field audits and evaluations, document findings, support employee training and qualifications, investigate accidents/incidents, engage with crews on-site, coach staff on standards and safety, assist corrective actions and performance objectives, and travel regionally as needed.

Enter, code, and review weekly invoices accurately and on time; organize work orders and customer-specific billing processes; maintain filing and confidentiality; provide customer-facing support and administrative assistance; assist with onboarding and special projects as needed.
