RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES:
• Respond to Associate issues concerning safety, communication, quality, etc.
• Respond to and report safety incidents. Perform departmental safety audits
• Train associates on stations and change points to OMS, and provide feedback
• Actively participate in defect investigation
• Gather information on equipment, system operation and quality problems and prepares recommendations for countermeasures
• Verify completion of department 5S Expectations
• Complete rework and follow rework procedure
• Complete daily rotation board schedule
• Complete off line tasks and follow off line procedures
• Assist Team Leader by tracking data in a standardized format.
• Encourage and foster associate engagement through daily communication, coaching and by creating new engagement activities and opportunities
• Work on-line as needed to support absenteeism and associate relief
• Participate in DENSO Quality Circle program
• Learn, follow and coach DENSO policies and procedure
