Position Title: Study Manager
Location: South Plainfield, NJ
Shift: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

What you will do
Provide NGS consultation for complex projects.
Draft complex quotes.
Review simple NGS quotes from Associate Study Managers.
Participate in direct phone line for cold customer calls and scheduled teleconferences.
Optimize pre-sales and quoting workflow.
Serve as the main point of contact for select external customers, including, but not limited to:
General pre-sales inquiries.
Complex project design.
Progress reports.
Technical support/troubleshooting.
Required to be onsite 4 days a week
What you will bring
Prior scientific technical support and troubleshooting experience.
Previous experience in project management.
Train Associate Study Managers.
PhD or equivalent combination of degree and years of experience.
0-2+ years relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, are required.
The ability to efficiently, accurately, and succinctly communicate complex information is required.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

United States Base Compensation: $79,000.00 - $99,000.00The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure. Final compensation may vary above or below this range depending on factors such as experience, education (including licensure and certifications), qualifications, performance, and geographic location, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
