Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Studio Coordinator to fill a critical role with Jon Michael Design, a creative agency based in New York City, NY.

Shift:

  • Monday - Friday 10 am- 6 pm
  • Onsite Tuesday - Thursday

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day calendars for the team and leadership.
  • Responsible for ordering supplies and general housekeeping of common areas.
  • Assist Studio Manager in account management duties, including sending/receiving invoices, tracking expenses, and responding to client emails.
  • Manage all studio expenses and submit expense reports on behalf of the Studio Manager.
  • Ensure that the conditions of the office and supply storage areas are kept neat, clean, and orderly.
  • Provide general support as needed and coordinate between the design teams.
  • Provide real-time updates to active projects using Wrike (project management software).
  • Lead and develop relationships with clients and serve as a point of contact for all communications for several brands.
  • Check daily reports and provide updates on studio and project statuses and communicate across the design team.
  • Manage communication between the team and external vendors.
  • Create timelines/schedules for asset delivery for review by Studio Manager.
  • Participate in weekly status meetings for the agency at large and for individual brands.

You Must Have:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Hard-working and highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated to problem solve and grow with the position
  • Familiarity navigating the city to perform occasional material deliveries
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Interest in beauty, fragrance, skincare, or cosmetics but not mandatory

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $26-29. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
