Your Role 

 

As an Intern at Gensler, you will join our creative studio environment for a part-time, paidinternship opportunity. 

 

This is a part-time position starting in late February/early March. You must be available for the entire duration of the program. This is not a remote position.

 

What You Will Do

  • Work with the Design Technology Team to develop new digital workflows
  • Assembling standardized construction details in Revit
  • Model Making, including site models and digital fabrication study models
  • Develop parametric 3D Revit family content
  • Create visual scripts for office-wide use
  • Develop Visualization Templates
  • Compile and format training documentation

Your Qualifications

  • Must have completed their 3rd year of a professional Architecture program or 1st year of a Master’s degree program in Architecture
  • Revit proficiency required, understanding of parameters, material creation, and architectural visualization methods
  • Understanding of construction details and processes
  • Strong 3-D computer skills, Rhino and Grasshopper/Arduino a plus
  • Experience with 3-D Printing and laser cutting preferred
  • Capable skills with presentation software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
