As a Student Helper you will support the team in developing and validating Mission Critical Networks solutions - networks that enable emergency services, public safety organizations, and industrial partners to rely on mobile communications when it matters most. You will contribute to projects involving Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applied to radio access networks, automation, and data-driven decision making.

You will
- Support the validation of Mission Critical Networks functionality in 5G RAN environments (lab and friendly customer networks).
- Develop and apply AI and Machine Learning models to analyze network performance data, detect anomalies, and optimize configurations.
- Develop scripts, tools, and dashboards to automate tasks and visualize data.\Contribute to proof-of-concept implementations exploring AI-assisted functionalities.
- Interact with other organizations and stakeholders within Ericsson.
To be successful in the role you should have
- An ongoing academic degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Science, or a related field.
- Solid programming skills in Python. Experience with C or C++ is a plus.
- Practical experience with AI tools and Machine Learning frameworks
- Interest in or basic knowledge of mobile network technologies (4G, 5G).
- Experience with data analysis, visualization, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with Linux environments and version control (Git).
- Good communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English. German is a plus.
- Motivation and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in diverse and remote teams.
- A creative and innovative mindset with a solution-oriented attitude.
