In the role of Lead Mechanical Engineer: stress analysis , you will be a part of Advanced Technology Operations team supporting the development of aircraft engine components by coordinating technical activities and making product development decisions based on available data and in line with customer and organizational requirements.Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
Activities related to design, analysis and evaluation of results in order to make design decisions compliant with organizational standards, procedures and customer requirements
Deepening technical knowledge, using and creating best practices and know‑how
Organizing, participating in and leading project and reporting meetings to ensure on-time completion of tasks
Required Qualifications
Experience in planning and managing technical projects
Strong understanding of strength of materials and computational methods (FEM), including fatigue analysis, crack propagation and modal analysis
Fluent command of English and Polish
Proficiency in Ansys APDL, Hyperworks suite
Familiarity with new product development processes, preferably in the aviation industry
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
Communication and presentation skills
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
Proficiency in NX (Unigraphics) is a plus
