At Roche, you will have the chance to develop and adapt product strategies and tactics that align with international guidelines to introduce and expand the use of key products within the Hematology Disease Area.
As a Strategy Value Partner, you will maintain a visionary perspective that supports and aligns with various initiatives, build meaningful relationships with top Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs), and generate valuable insights. By supporting and backing up Patient Journey Partners (PJPs) activities, you will drive patient journey success by defining and implementing local marketing and access plans, ensuring that PJPs are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools.
Your ImpactDevelop specific strategic plans for therapeutic areas
Establish external partnerships serving the patient journey
Lead internal alignment and resource mobilization around patient journey needs
Enhance customer adoption for Roche products in the designated therapy area
Collaborate closely with PJPs, Healthcare System Partners (HSPs), and Enablers to ensure prompt and equal access to Roche innovation
Accountable for deliverables and outcomes in their therapeutic area
Leverage and support the Pharma International Network and digital solutions to deploy effective engagement with customers and interventions towards the patient journey
In collaboration with PJPs and HSPs, design, develop, and implement activities that enable Roche to secure optimal reimbursement and realize the maximum potential of current and future products
Who You Are
You have a minimum of 3 years' marketing experience within the pharma industry.
You drive scientific value, committed to advancing scientific knowledge and translating it into impactful outcomes
You are experienced in working with cross-functional teams and agile methodologies
