Summary:
In this role, you will support the utilization and adoption of Sg2 products and solutions while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. You will partner with client-facing teams and senior colleagues to deliver value through product expertise, analytical insight, and effective execution. You will also lead aspects of client engagement independently, contributing to advisory efforts and generating insights aligned with your client's strategic priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Support assigned Sg2 strategy clients through ongoing relationship management and service delivery.
- Lead aspects of client engagement and service delivery independently.
- Deliver trainings, executive-level presentations, and client-facing working sessions.
- Customize tools, reports, and data outputs to enhance product utilization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve client and product-related issues.
- Partner with clients to improve the quality, breadth, and depth of reported data.
- Analyze healthcare market and organizational data (e.g., utilization, demographics, and forecast trends) to identify trends and inform client insights.
- Coordinate with data operations and product teams to address product-related challenges.
- Evaluate internal processes and identify opportunities to improve product delivery and client value.
- Support account retention and growth initiatives in partnership with sales and service teams.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in analytics, healthcare, or strategy consulting preferred.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with data operations, client service, and sales teams.
- Proficiency in healthcare data (e.g., state data, claims, demographics) and reporting tools preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
