Job Purpose
To support the execution of sales strategies, monitor performance, and assist in driving business banking growth through data analysis, sales coordination, and customer engagement. The role focuses on operational support, reporting, and strategic insights to help the sales team achieve targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Support
- Develop and implement business banking strategies aligned with bank objectives
- Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Sales Performance & Coordination
- Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Provide day-to-day support for sales activities and follow-ups.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Support resolution of customer issues and service requests.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
- Analyze sales data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement areas.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Manager, Strategy & Sales Management.
Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure sales activities comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support documentation and internal control processes.
- Liaise with risk and compliance teams when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
