Introduction: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Strategy Portfolio Manager.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our portfolio management and our sales organisation.
Your mission is to establish our strategic Growth Fields in the market and ensure our account teams are perfectly equipped to position our solutions effectively. You are not just a strategist, you are the catalyst for our commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Portfolio Management: You develop strategies for our Growth Portfolio areas and ensure they are seamlessly integrated into our existing service ecosystem.
- Sales Enablement & Cross Selling: You create high impact sales materials that clearly highlight our USP, enabling account teams to fully leverage cross-selling opportunities at the client level.
- Intensive Sales Collaboration: Working closely with Account Managers, you define joint objectives, identify market potential and implement specific account-based growth initiatives.
- Strategic Project Management: You take ownership of new strategic projects focused on the core development and evolution of our TSI-Portfolio.
- Stakeholder Engagement: You foster a highly collaborative environment between product development, strategy and sales to ensure a consistent and powerful Go-to-Market story.
Your Profile
- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or related fields
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in IT Portfolio Management, business development, technical sales / presales or as a Senior Consultant.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of the IT market and experience managing an IT portfolio and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions for customers.
- Mindset: a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can manage projects structurally while always keeping the customer perspective in mind
- Skills: Project Management experience in big transformation or strategic projects, strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to changing environments.
