THE ROLE
Strategy & Operations, New Business
This role will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of New Businesses by supporting leadership with short to long term projects. Our organization is deeply committed to being data-driven and fostering a performance-driven culture. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for driving cross-functional projects that deliver tangible value to our customers.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities - New Business Strategy & Ops
- Drive follow-ups, execution, and accountability across senior stakeholders
- Conduct research and analysis to support executive decision-making
- Support functions across the New Business Organization, stepping into any vertical or function as needed—no task too small or too complex
Business Ownership (Interior Design / Hospitality)
- Act as business owner for the Interior Design & Hospitality vertical as the business scales from $5 to $20M in GMV this year in preparation for hiring a full time GM for the business.
- Own core funnel metrics (form submits, CPL, conversion) and overall performance
- Oversight of a contracted growth marketing team
- Conduct customer interviews and translate insights into go to market improvements.

- Ability to support senior leadership on both tactical and strategic projects, including new business development efforts

All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

What We Do
We started Quince to challenge the existing idea that nice things should cost a lot. Our mission is simple: create an item of equal or greater quality than the leading luxury brands at a much lower price. We did this by revising every part of a traditional retailer's playbook. We cut out all the middlemen and managed every element of the item's creation ourselves, including packaging and transportation.
