Write and edit communications materials, support cross-functional launches, manage PR agencies, measure earned-media impact, and create scalable communications systems and playbooks. The role serves as the sole communications owner during Quince’s next stage of growth.

Provide frontline HR support across day and night warehouse shifts: manage timecards, onboarding/offboarding, maintain HRIS records, coordinate scheduling and attendance, assist with audits/investigations, and support training, engagement, and recognition efforts for hourly associates.

Lead final artwork quality and digitizing for high-volume apparel decoration across embroidery, heat transfer, embossing, tags, and printing. Evaluate incoming art, create run‑ready stitch and production files, enforce QC standards, maintain a file library, manage vendors, mentor junior staff, and report KPIs to ensure near‑perfect production output.

Partner with corporate and warehouse leaders to develop HR strategy, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, succession planning, employee relations, compliance, and talent acquisition.
