The Strategy Operations Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of business strategies and initiatives, also customer value solutions and projects management.
This role has no direct reports and it is on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of the LATAM Strategic Plan, ensuring alignment with regional and global business priorities.
• Partner with Business Units to design, validate, and implement customer value solutions that address market needs and support business growth
• Manage and coordinate strategic regional initiatives, acting as a PMO to drive execution, governance, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Assess market dynamics, regulatory environments, access challenges, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
• Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and decision-support materials to communicate recommendations and progress.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in in related field , 8 years years experience of hands on experience and at least 3 years direct experience in strategy, management consulting, business development or
• Master's Degree or equivalent, 6 years related experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria

• Ability to synthesize complex information into a high-level strategic message, and to interpret internal/external business factors into recommendations and solutions.
• Demonstrated experience working with a range of professionals to help navigate through complex situations.

Skills Required

- Alternatively, a master’s degree or equivalent with at least 6 years of related experience

- Experience developing business cases, ROI projections, risk assessments, and financial analyses
