Responsibilities:
- Market and Industry Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks that may impact the business. Determine key learnings from various company journey's and create data-driven recommendations that can guide the direction of the company in the short/long term
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to gather insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Set prioritizations for cross-functional initiatives and mobilize the teams required to complete the initiative.
- Project Management: Handle short-term and adhoc programs and events (Ex. hosting corporate strategy initiated external visits) Collaborate with teams within Mynt to conduct learning sessions and market visits for external guests.
- Corporate Calendar Management: Take charge of organizing and managing the Corporate Calendar, ensuring that key events, milestones, and strategic initiatives are appropriately scheduled and communicated across the organization.
- Management Cadences: Facilitate and coordinate management cadences, including regular strategic reviews, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years experience in a Corporate Strategy role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
